If your water supplier is Severn Trent Water it is likely that your area (postcode) is fluoridated. In this case you do not and should not pay for water charges. You should only pay for waste water which is ~50% saving on water bills.
Fluoridation turns water into a medicinal product. Water is not supposed to be a medium of delivery of some questionable substances to say the least.

To check if your water is fluoridated visit Severn Trent website at this LINK.
Type in your postcode and press “CHECK MY WATER”.
Below the system displays the report.
In the “Water Quality Summary Report” search for “Fluoride“.
Many post codes covered by STW are fluoridated between 0.3-1mg of fluoride per 1litre of water.

It’s not only that the majority of countries do not fluoridate public water but there is no fluoridation in most of England and any water fluoridation in Wales and Scotland. If fluoride is so beneficial and since it’s also an industrial waste that can be obtained for cheap or even for free why English from South, Welsh and Scottish people are not interested to have it in their tea?
